To be eligible for a return you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchased item(s). Unfortunately after 14 days, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be returned in its original packaging and in perfect condition. In order for a product to be in perfect condition, it must be unworn, unwashed, and have no traces of hair, deodorant, makeup, sweat, or distinct smells and include original tags, if applicable. Item(s) returned due to possible defect are subject to verification and approval. You will also need the receipt, for proof of purchase. Clearance, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for any returns or refunds.

If your return is verified and accepted, you will be instructed where to send your return, once a return is received, it takes 5-7 business days to process and 3-5 business days for the refund to be credited to the payment method used at the time of purchase for the value of the item(s) returned and any applicable taxes associated with the order. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs to you are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Damages and issues
While we do our best to secure our products before a shipping company receives them, please upon arrival inspect your order and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it immediately.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the incorrect item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
